Your session is designed to be calm, structured, and straightforward. We begin by talking through your smoking habit — when it shows up, what triggers it, and how it has become part of your routine. From there, I’ll explain how your mind forms and maintains habits, so you have a clear understanding of what’s been happening — and why previous attempts may not have lasted. There’s no pressure, and nothing you need to “perform.”
We then move into a hypnosis phase. This is not about losing control or being made to do anything. You remain aware throughout — simply in a deeply relaxed and focused state, where your mind becomes more receptive to change.
This allows us to begin shifting the way your brain responds to smoking, so the habit starts to lose its pull naturally. Most people leave the session feeling calm, clear, and more in control — without the constant internal struggle.
You are in control at all times. Hypnosis is simply a natural, focused state — similar to being absorbed in a book or a film, while still being aware of everything around you. There is no pressure, no force, and no loss of control.
